Guests appreciate the clean and tranquil environment, perfect for unwinding after a day exploring Florence’s outdoor plazas, historic churches, and world-renowned museums like the Uffizi. The shared balcony offers a quaint spot to enjoy a morning coffee or a casual meal purchased from nearby cafes, deepening the sense of being part of the local rhythm. The property is ideal for all kinds of travelers, being both pet-friendly and kid-friendly, while the amenities such as free Wi-Fi and air conditioning ensure modern comforts.

It offers an accessible gateway to Tuscany’s rich culture and cuisine, especially for visitors drawn to the Arno River’s historic charm. The absence of a pool or shuttle feels inconsequential when the surrounding streets teem with vibrant cafes and eateries serving classic Tuscan dishes.

It invites guests not just to stay, but to live and breathe the city’s art, history, and slow-paced beauty. Good location, 5 mins from Duomo and Academia, convenient for cafes for breakfast, 15-20 mins walk from train station. It is called a guesthouse rather than a hotel. In practice that means that the receptionist leaves 12:30-13:00 and the desk is closed till the following morning. You will receive an e-mail on the day you arrive with check in procedure. The receptionist was very helpful. She marked the location of the important sights on a map which she gave to us. The room was clean and functional. Cleaning staff friendly and Helpful. The only drawback is the approx 44 steps to get to the 2nd floor. Price around £125 per day, which we thought was reasonable given the location. Recommended provided you are happy to walk up stairs
Best location to visit touristic points. The place is quiet and relatively clean. There is a shared balcony and we bought something outside and ate there. Their receptionist was nice and friendly. If we have chance to visit Florence again, we would like to stay there again. Recommended!!
